**Job Overview**
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations within the retail environment, ensuring exceptional customer service, and your leadership will be crucial in fostering a positive work atmosphere and driving sales performance.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and manage daily retail operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Lead, motivate, and develop your team, providing guidance and support.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Working alongside the Retail Manager, monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally, demonstrating good problem-solving skills.
- Ensure there is adequate cover everyday, considering employee availability.
- Maintain an organised store environment, ensuring that merchandise is displayed attractively and inventory is managed efficiently.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in retail supervisory roles is essential.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with customers and staff alike.
- Sales management experience with a record of achieving targets is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in managing store operations.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities within a retail environment.

Pay: £25,653.00 per year

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (required)
- Supervising experience: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

- Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
