We are looking for a maintenance / facilities coordinator to join the maintenance service desk team in on a full time basis in Stevenage Hertfordshire.
**The Role**
Daily maintenance scheduling of work
Coordinating between the maintenance team and service desk team
Screening of maintenance notifications and solving with solutions
Support office staff with general enquiries
Ordering of stock and ensuring stock is refilled
Liaise with suppliers and clients
**Must Have Knowledge in**:
CAFM systems
Document management skills
E-Log book systems
Office 265
