We are looking for a confident, analytically minded and adaptable self-starter with a passion for E-Commerce to join our Peterborough based team on a permanent contract, ideally with previous e-commerce and/or Amazon and eBay experience.

Working closely with the Head of E-Commerce and the Multi-Channel Retail Lead the Marketplace Executive will assist with the day-to-day running of the Amazon UK and eBay marketplaces.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day Amazon operations, including FBA, site merchandising, product and listings updates and optimisation, promotions and performance tracking.
- With support from the marketplace lead implement the plans to drive sales growth primarily through high quality, converting product pages (PDP / A+ content), relevant keyword and customer targeting, FBA and FBM stock management, promotions and new product launches
- Monitor and review key account performance metrics relating to customer service, account health, policy compliance, delivery performance, taking actions to resolve issues as appropriate
- Manage the stock requirements for the Amazon sales channel through accurate forecasts and effective communication with NPD and warehouse teams
- Assist in the analysis of the competitive marketplace to identify early trends that might lead to growth opportunities or the need to develop exit plans
- Use Seller Central reports and Helium 10 tools to help guide the actionable insights into all operational activities

**Who Are We Looking For**:

- Ideally 6 months+ experience of the Amazon e-commerce marketplace and specifically within 3P Seller Central accounts (experience with other marketplaces especially eBay is a plus).
- Strong interest in e-commerce with a desire to learn and grow a career in the industry and be mentored by experienced retailers
- Some knowledge (theoretical or practical) of e-commerce marketing and digital sales drivers within the Amazon marketplace.
- Understanding of e-commerce customers, channels, and the ability to manage within their expectations.
- Good commercial acumen and a head for numbers. Comfortable with tech and standard office tools (GSuite, browsers, analytics, reporting, and content management systems), and when, where and how to use
- Proactive, well-organised, with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
