Our client is a successful and impressive real estate private equity business with a reputation build on getting strong returns from shrewd and well managed investment transactions.
The focus has been largely on Central London offices and also similar property types in Regional UK cities and this strategy has been well received by investors and also has been skilfully executed by a team which has many years’ of expertise to call upon.
However our client recognises the need for a complimentary approach to what they are doing well and wish to hire a new Investment Director. The purpose of this recruitment will be to ensure that new ideas, contacts and suggestions come into the businessand with that a new strategy which produces the sort of returns to investors which they have become accustomed to.
You will already be an established investment and transactions specialist, with a strong contact network. There needs to be evidence that you have genuine off-market contacts and have led significant transactions which have produced above average returns.
Our client is particularly interested in attracting an individual who knows Central London offices, has had, at some stage in his/her career a grounding in asset management and can also bring investor and/or financing contacts from outside the UK.
The role will be integral to the future of our client’s success, so the career prospects are excellent. Equally it is expected that the salary will be competitive and the bonus and long term incentives sensibly and fairly scaled to ensure that the rewardsmatch the skills required for the job.
