The role will also involve scheduling client payouts in the bank, reconciling payments in Stripe, and collecting account information from clients to ensure timely payouts. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled administrator to contribute to our company's success and provide outstanding support to our clients and sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing sales orders and ensuring timely processing
- Maintaining accurate customer records in our database
- Providing administrative support to the sales team
- Taking payments over the phone and issuing invoices and statements
- Scheduling client payouts and reconciling payments in Stripe
- Collecting account information from clients to ensure timely payouts
- Chasing up unpaid invoices using a scripted credit control process

**Required Qualifications**
Administrative experience in a similar office-based role is essential

**Desired Skills and Competencies**:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Competent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems
