**Overview**

**Duties**
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of architectural projects, ensuring they meet client specifications, budgets, and deadlines.
- Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to develop project scopes and deliverables.
- Utilise software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, NavisWorks, Rhinoceros 3D, Grasshopper 3D, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite to produce detailed designs and visualisations.
- Oversee the preparation of technical drawings, models, and documentation for construction purposes.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Conduct negotiations with clients and contractors to secure favourable terms and resolve any project-related issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, health & safety regulations, and industry standards throughout all project phases.
- Supervise site visits and oversee on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to design intent.
- Facilitate effective communication across all stakeholders to promote collaboration and transparency.

**Skills**
- Proven expertise in project management within the architecture or construction industry.
- Strong proficiency in architectural software including AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, NavisWorks, Rhinoceros 3D (Rhino), Grasshopper 3D, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), and Sketch.
- Excellent negotiation skills to manage client relationships and contractor agreements effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes and joinery techniques.
- Ability to interview, engage workers both skilled, labourers interpret complex technical drawings and models accurately.
- Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with workers,clients, consultants, contractors, and team members. **Job Types**: Part-time, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From £23,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 28 per week
