We'd like you to join us as a **Children’s Support Worker **at our young clients home in **Crawley.**

**When you'll be working**:

- 6 x 5 hour day shifts shifts a week (8am - 1pm)
- 30 hours a week in total

**What you'll be doing**:
This role is to support a Young Boy with complex health needs in his family home, during the days and weekends. Our client has many complex needs, including Oropharyngeal dysphagia, epilepsy, severe learning difficulties. This will involve personal care, medication, moving and handling and managing clinical equipment.

**No previous experience required **as full training, shadow shifts and ongoing support will be provided.
