We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Front Desk Assistant. You will play a vital role in supporting our chiropractor in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring smooth operations in our clinic.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome patients, making them feel comfortable and at ease
- Assist patients in completing necessary paperwork and forms
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations and therapies
- Assist the chiropractor during patient treatments and therapies
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing the front desk
- Educate patients on exercises, lifestyle changes, and self-care techniques recommended by the chiropractor
- Provide outstanding customer service and address patient inquiries and concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the clinic environment
- Collaborate with the chiropractor and other team members to optimize patient care and treatment outcomes

Qualifications:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Secondary School education; additional education or certification in healthcare or related fields is a plus
- Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role is preferred
- Familiarity with chiropractic terminology, techniques, and procedures is advantageous but not required (training will be provided)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and paperwork
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer skills, word, excel, outlook
