Merchandiser Mobile

**History & Heraldry Ltd are looking for motivated self employed people to work in partnership with to provide mobile merchandising of our displays, which are situated in various outlets.**

**If you are flexible, self motivated and well organised you could be one of our merchandising partners.**

**We have areas local to Dunfermline, Glenrothes and Kirkcaldy currently available. There are no set hours, so work can be done flexibly to suit your individual requirements. The frequency of calls will increase during our busy Christmas period.**

**In order to work in partnership we ask the following**:

- Access to a smart phone and ability to use an app to report back all activity, along with basic PC skills using windows software and access to PC/Laptop
- Full driving licence and access to a car as travel will be required
- Being well organised and possessing time management skills
- Planning and good judgment are essential
- Excellent interpersonal skills and good communication

**Service outline**
- Visit key locations chosen from available call listing, once agreed these calls will remain in your service as per our Merchandising Agreement
- Build and maintain in-store relationships with store personnel
- Perform merchandising services in store as per the given guidelines
- Ensure fixtures are in good clean working order
- Report any missing POS and fixtures
- Put fixtures back to plan
- Locate back stock & fill where possible
- Record gaps or count stock as per guidelines
- Photograph stands as per given guidelines
- Arrange cover for any absences such as holidays

Experience in retail is preferable although full product training will be provided upon confirmation of services.

**Payment for services**

The amount paid for the services is a rate “per store”, calculated at the rate of £11.00 per hour. Further details can be given upon interview.
