As a Patient Experience Lead at our Nuffield Health Parkside Hospital, you'll act as the voice of the patient, using insight and analysis to identify and improve customer experience at Parkside Hospital. The role will include reviewing all patient feedback, organising patient focus groups, replying to all complaints, and dealing with day-to-day patient feedback.

**As a Patient Experience Lead, you will**:

- Deal directly with patients who raise concerns or complaints, both verbal and written
- Manage the Nuffield Health complaints process
- Maintain the complaints spreadsheet and all relevant complaints to Radar
- Organise weekly complaints meetings with relevant department managers
- Work closely within the nursing admin office and support the wider team with administration functions
