**Part Time Host Receptionist - Audi York**

**Job summary**:
As a Host Receptionist, you will welcome every customer to our Audi Dealership in York, establishing their needs before directing them to the most appropriate member of staff, ensuring that all customers are well attended and assisting them where appropriate.

You will be committed to providing excellent customer service in line with the company’s high standards and carry out professional work with enthusiasm and energy

This is a part time position, Monday and Tuesday weekly.

**Key Responsibilities will include**:

- Ensuring all visitors consistently receive a professional and courteous welcome.
- Caring for and providing refreshments to customers and visitors who are waiting for another member of the team.
- Ensuring that telephone calls are answered promptly and in accordance with Company and Brand standards.
- Ensuring the switchboard and outgoing calls are monitored and analysed to provide detailed information on enquiry levels.
- Assisting as necessary to maximise the customers’ comfort while they are on site.
- Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of customer facing and other areas to ensure the desired image of the dealership is maintained.
- Maintaining a basic knowledge of the products and services in order to answer basic sales and service enquiries from the customer.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and unambiguously with customers, members of the public and other team members.
- The ability to quickly build rapport with, and inspire confidence in customers.
- A customer centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
- Excellent telephone manner with the ability to quickly build rapport with, and inspire confidence in customers.
- An impeccable standard of personal presentation.
- A passionate, enthusiastic, proactive, professional approach
