Senior Audio Technician

Audio Feed is hiring, and looking for a self-motivated, experienced audio technician to head up the technical production of our audio hire and sales company.
Audio Feed is predominantly an audio installation company working in normal office hours, but during the summer we carry out large scale projects which require working away for up to a week at a time, with additional day rates being paid in addition to thesalary. There will be a requirement to work outside of office hours, especially during the summer. The company also installs products overseas which may require international travel. The nature of the industry means that plans and customer requirements canchange up until the last minute, and we as a company need to adapt quickly to deliver what our customers require.
Roles requirements:
- Permanent Pro Audio Speaker Installation into venues and nightclubs
- Management and maintenance of existing music venues
- Project Management of large-scale music events during the summer time
- Preparation of equipment for installation or hire
- Managing the inventory system for the company’s equipment
- Managing other employees and sub-contractors
- Setting up and running audio system and some lighting
The full driving licence with 6 points of less is required, and the applicant must be over the age of 25 to be covered by our vehicle fleet policy.
The working hours are Tuesday - Friday 9am -5pm. Basic salary is between £24k - £35k depending on experience, with overtime of circa £7.5k during the summer. The job role can include a company vehicle.
