**Your mission**:
**The Role**

Reporting to the Head of Consultancy, this role is to manage the company’s training offering. The training Consultant will Deliver and Optimize AC’s training courses to fit as closely with the main trends of customer demand. Where possible, creating a bank of core training modules which can then be further adapted for individual requirement. Training is a key part of successful project delivery and ongoing workforce success. The Training Consultant will work closely with our marketing team to promote Automation Consultants available Training offering.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Be responsible for the ongoing development of AC’s training resources
- Develop on-demand training experiences
- Work with the Head of Consultancy to manage AC’s training offerings, including the structure and delivery methods
- Work with the Head of Consultancy to identify relevant technologies to improve and elevate the manner in which AC delivers training courses
- Work with the Head of Consultancy to identify new training opportunities and strategic initiatives
- Work with the Head of Marketing to promote AC as a training provider
- When required, join customer pre-sales calls to help secure training opportunities with new and existing customers

**Qualifications and Skills**:
**Essential**

**Nice to have**
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field or 5+ years in a training role.
- 3 years+ in a training consultancy role
- Strong presentation skills and an ability to translate difficult topics into understandable concepts
- Qualification in Learning and Development
- Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
- An ability to pick up new technical knowledge
