During these uncertain times we’ve created a new role; Home Assistant - to contribute to the safe running of our care homes through housekeeping, kitchen and admin support. We’re looking for individuals who want to support residents in their local community right now to join us at Elmstead, Chislehurst.

**Working hours and salary**

£10.10 per hour

Bank shifts - flexible working patterns

Weekdays and weekend work available

**What your typical day involves**

Whilst there’s unlikely to be a typical day for a Home Assistant, you may be asked to.Maintain high standards of cleanliness within the home, working closely with our other domestic teams.
- Physical assistance with meal times
- Ensure our residents are kept happy, by carrying out hospitality and activity related duties
- Organise and maintain housekeeping stocks for day to day use and raise any issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor as you go.
