**Digital Project & Support Specialist,**based in Leatherhead, Surrey (hybrid schedule)

**The role**:
This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a bright and enthusiastic individual who is looking develop and broaden their career in Digital.

The Smithers Information Digital Team is growing and we are looking for a keen and driven individual to help support our digital initiatives. In the Digital Project & Support Specialist role, you will help to deliver innovative digital projects, be the primarypoint of contact for Smithers’ clients and our marketing teams and help to track and improve the performance of our digital assets.

Some of your duties will include:
- First line support for Smithers Information digital assets
- Primary point of contact for all customers and internal staff users
- Provide client-facing support for all external users
- Support Smithers staff on all aspects of managing websites in Kentico (DXP)
- Project Management
- Manage tactical, smaller projects end-to-end
- Support Director of Digital Services with specific digital projects and initiatives
- Liaise with external agencies/technical partners
- Manage support items from creation, through diagnosis, resolution, testing & release
- Liaise with third-party project teams throughout a typical project lifecycle
- Analytics & Site Performance
- Analytics - tracking and reporting on agreed metrics
- Search - tracking, reporting and optimisation

**The person**:
We require the following experience and skills for this role:

- Experience in a relevant role
- Experience using analytics and related software (e.g. Google Analytics) is desirable
- Knowledge of Search performance tracking and optimisation techniques is desirable
