**Marketing Manager**

We are a family owned group of Care Home's that have over 25 years of experience operating succesfully in the local area. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and creative individual to join our team. Working closely with all four homes located in Skipton, Steeton, Silsden and Guiseley, to promote and market Spellman Care.
- **Role overview**:_
- Represent Spellman Care in a friendly and professional manner
- Monitor and manage social media activity
- Manage the Company websites, creating content
- Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirement
- Conduct market research
- Conduct campaigns for marketing initiatives
- Relationship building with both community and professional contacts,
- **What you’ll do**:_
- Lead the development and delivery of local and regional marketing plans
- Write campaigns and manage these through to delivery
- Create reports and presentations to communicate plans and demonstrate delivery
- Advise Homes to identify and build contact lists for community groups and key influencers; to initiate local networking and engagement approaches to enable spotting of business opportunities locally, to enable successful in-home community events and groups and create positive PR stories

- A creative problem solver, with commercial experience in leading integrated marketing communication plans and extensive understanding of social media platforms
- Ability to write and edit copy to a high standard
- Passionate about delivering the best communications to our customers
- Analytical and numerate, with meticulous planning and organisational skills
- Strong customer focus, understanding the customer at the heart of everything you do
- Effective relationship-building skills with the confidence to influence stakeholders across the business at the highest level
- A resilient and proactive self-starter, able to manage your own workload and conflicting demands on your time

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: £29,000.00 per year
