**Descriptif de l'entité et de l'activité**
In the context of the energy transition, **Biogas Solutions International** business has seen double-digit growth for the last years in Europe. This business includes the technologies and solutions that we offer throughout the value chain, from the production of biomethane, to its ultimate use (in transportation, industry, or for the production of low-carbon hydrogen).

Our European business is currently focused on France, the United Kingdom, Scandinavia (Sweden and Norway), and Italy. Our growth is driven by the opening of several biomethane production plants and by strong demand from industry and the transportation sector. And finally, as we have developed our solutions across the biomethane value chain, various projects have emerged as examples of a local circular economy.

**Missions & Responsabilités**
We are recruiting for a maternity cover administrator to support our administrative department. You are ideally experienced in administration with a good knowledge and aptitude in Microsoft Office or Google suite. The opportunity allows both working from home with one day a week within Alpha Tower, Birmingham.

You will report to the Head of Business Administration and be an important support with:

- Managing procurement sheets, raising purchase requests as submitted
- Support with vendor onboarding
- Clear expenses for payment and support UK Finance team
- Converting approved Purchase Requests to Purchase Orders.
- Manage the customs process for importing goods.
- Processing good return notes with the support of wider UK team
- Supporting the Health and Safety department with necessary reporting.
- Internal project support (Project Spice)
- Support with the SAP Data cleanse relating to D365 migration
- Assisting the Energy Management department with the accreditations, audit requirements and quality management etc.

**Profil et compétences**
You have good administrative experience and are autonomous, proactive with an ability to prioritize. To liaise and negotiate with the various stakeholders for planning.You hold excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong Microsoft office skills or Google Suite experience would be expected.
