Supervisor - 37.5 Hours Per Week

Want to take full ownership of a Concession region, motivating and supporting a team of Sales Assistants across a range of concessions in our host stores?

If so, then you would love to hear more about our exciting opportunity for a Regional Supervisor to join our team in Inverness working 37,5 hours per week.

Previous supervisory retail experience is essential, however training will be given. A full UK driving licence is required as well as the ability to travel to other concessions within your region frequently when needed as part of the role. Mileage will be reimbursed in line with company expenses policy and HMRC guidance.

- You’ll take full ownership for a number of concession areas within different locations resulting in maximised sales
- Concessions will be regularly visited and supported with sales operations
- Sales Assistants will me motivate and supported ensuring consistently high standards are maintained
- You will deliver a first-class customer experience, tailored to people’s individual needs
- With your warm personality and enthusiasm, your Concession areas will always be friendly and inviting to both regular and new customers
- Deliveries will be processed and clothing and accessories will be replenished and displayed with intuitive merchandising skills
- Your in-depth product knowledge of feature and benefits allows you to provide expert advice on what customers need for all their adventures
