We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Underwriter to join our established and experienced FarmWeb team here at RSA on a hybrid basis.
**Your Role**
As a New Business Fleet Underwriter you will provide excellent service to our brokers, largely through close communication. You will work with your designated broker panel across a range of farming risks.

You will spend most of your time identifying, discussing, negotiating and securing new business opportunities and making effective underwriting decisions.

We want to exceed expectations by delivering a consistent high-quality service that is valued by our customers and sets us apart in the agricultural insurance market.
**About You**
To be successful in your role of Commercial Fleet Underwriter, experience in Fleet Underwriting is beneficial although not essential. You will be handling a range of risks that will include cars, vans and various farm vehicles.

You will be able to build working relationships with insurance brokers and write profitable business to ensure growth of the account.
