Job description

The University of South Wales is a vibrant University nestled in the beautiful Welsh hills with campuses in Treforest, Newport and Cardiff. Catering Services is a support service within Estates and Facilities, primarily responsible for providing catering and hospitality for staff and students.

Based at Pontypridd, this role will provide you with a role where you can utilise your range of kitchen porter skills.

The department is seeking a Kitchen Porter, the role will provide kitchen and portering assistance, undertake periodic deep cleaning duties as directed, and assist the kitchen team with receiving and putting away food deliveries. Duties will also involve driving the University van on and off campus, adhering to University standards at all times.

This is a part time (30hour x 44weeks of the year) permanent position.
