**Southampton - NQ - 2yrs PQE**
**An new opportunity created with team expansion in mind at an established forward thinking legal 500 firm with offices across the Southeast. The role will provide excellent career development at a firm with a particular strength in property sector asa whole. **This Legal 500 firm are established at several locations across the South East dealing with commercial and private matters. They could be described as modern, entrepreneurial with a transparent approach to professional development and promote a collaborativeand friendly office culture. Property is seen as one of their particular strengths with numerous teams covering both commercial and residential matters. They have an excellent list of clients ranging from small to medium size as well as national housing developersand a broad range of commercial landlords and property investment funds. The Commercial Property team are now seeking a qualified more junior member for the team with long term development in mind to support the team's continued growth. The wider team arebased at several offices across The South with this role offering the possibility to work at one of several locations.
The team are looking to add a recently qualified qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive or junior solicitor up to 2yrs PQE. You should have a good grounding in commercial property matters ideally with prior experience acquired in this sector as aparalegal /legal assistant. The role will involved dealing with your own caseload of mixed commercial property matters with supervision and support provided with the opportunity to support the wider team on more complex matters dependent on current expertiseand the rate at which you personally develop professionally.
Clients will range from and may include businesses & private individuals, public bodies & charities, SIPP & SASS pension trustees and their customers, farmers and landed estates.The role will suit an ambitious individual who considers themselves to be proactive,a good collaborator who is comfortable working in a fast paced environment and keen to take on responsibility.
With the levels of work continuing to increase the role will provide a great deal of opportunity to prove yourself at the firm and develop your career further.
