If the answer is yes, then we need you We are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants for immediate starts. The schools support learners in both Key Stages 1 and 2 and there are also 1-2-1 opportunities for those pupils with learning difficulties and who need extra support. The position would give great job satisfaction and you could really make a difference in a child's education.

As a Welsh Government framework staffing provider, we will also give you the opportunity to also work in Secondary, and SEN schools in Denbighshire also.

- **Hours: Ad Hoc, Short Term and Long Term - Monday to Friday 8.40am - 3.30pm**

**The role: What you’ll be doing as a Primary School Teaching Assistant**
- Supporting learners who require extra assistance under the supervision of the Class Teacher
- Assisting learners at the start of the school day and when leaving at the end of the day
- Assisting staff members in preparing the classroom for a lesson
- Working with learners in small groups and or working 1:1 with children with additional needs where needed
- Support the class teacher in the delivery of the lessons
- Assist learners at break time with their lunch
- Engage learners with both classroom and out-of-classroom activities
- Work in accordance with the school’s behaviour management policies
- At least 3 months experience of working with children in schools, nurseries or childcare settings - experience working with learners with ALN would be beneficial
- Registration with the EWC (the Education Workforce Council) - we can help you with this
- References covering the last two years (no gaps)
- Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one
- The right to work in the UK
