This is an exciting opportunity to join the Faculty of Natural Sciences as a Projects User Coordinator. You will support the Faculty Projects Team in managing minor capital construction projects and infrastructure upgrades.

**Duties and responsibilities**:
You will play a key role in developing the end user requirements and design deliverables of a programme of refurbishment and infrastructure upgrade projects across the Faculty’s Departments. You will support the Faculty Projects Managers in managing minor capital projects and infrastructure upgrades. This post acts as the day-to-day point of liaison and advocacy on behalf of a diverse academic user community with the Estates and project design teams to ensure that final project outcomes meet user needs.

**Essential requirements**:
You will hold a relevant qualification or equivalent practical experience in managing complex capital projects from inception to completion. You will also have experience of negotiating with stakeholders and managing successfully delivered minor capital projects and infrastructure upgrades in a scientific academic environment or equivalent. You will also have practical knowledge of the RIBA stages and excellent knowledge of key Microsoft software packages. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are also essential.

**Further information**:
The post is a full time, fixed term post for 2 years and is based at the South Kensington campus.
