Buenasado are recruiting for an Shift Supervisor for our new Bristol site on Whiteladies Road. We are looking for someone motivated with a passion for great food, wine and cocktails with service to match. The new restaurant brings the renowned flavours of Argentinian beef and wine to Bristol and we are looking for an enthusiastic and professional individual to help the team to deliver this to the city.

**A shift supervisor will help support the management and team in day-to-day operations of the restaurant but will also help cultivate a solid team that enjoys what they do.**

**We need someone who can**:

- Work closely with managers to deliver fantastic customer service with both passion and confidence
- Work towards financial targets including food and drink GPs and wage costs
- Bring knowledge of food and drink service in a front of house environment, including knowledge of compliance, EHO and food hygiene
- Demonstrate skills in team management, rotas and spreadsheets. Previous experience with ordering, stock management and cashing up would be ideal but not essential.
- Help deliver service, food and beverage training to staff
- Run shifts in the absence of the General manager
