- Follow the customer services policy guidelines of the company.
- Accept and process customer purchase orders.
- Manage schedule orders from customers.
- Ensure the ERP system is kept up to date with correct customer details, customer item details and other information relating to their orders.
- Be the liaison point between planning and the customer in expediting orders or managing late deliveries.
- Obtain prices and generate quotes for customers and potential customers.
- Other customer services administration duties as required.
