**Are you a Multi Skilled Operative, specialising in Bathroom fitting? **Can you help us to put the **PLUS** in Property Plus? **Then we may have the perfect role for you**
We currently have a permanent opportunity for a **Multi Skilled Operative** to join our in-house Construction company, **Property Plus**.
Recently named Contractor of the Year at the UK Housing Awards, Property Plus provides maintenance and improvements services to our 19,000 homes throughout Staffordshire and Shropshire.
**As part of our planned team we want you to have**:

- A suitable C&G NVQ trade qualification
- Full clean driving licence
- Experience of working at height
- Experience of working within a team
- Multi skilled experience i.e. completing different trade work, with a primary skill set of plumbing and tiling
- Customer care skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Good planning and organisation skills
