**NVQ Assessor (Plant and Lifting) - £35,000 to £40,000 + Company car or allowance - Remote**

Do you possess extensive industry experience, as well as the energy and flexibility to ensure high-quality delivery and success for learners? If so, we’d love to hear from you.
We are looking for a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a NVQ Assessor. In this role you will ensure delegates meet the occupational standards required to meet their qualification.
**Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of a NVQ Assessor include, but are not limited to:
- Liaise with Site Managers and Clients.
- Participate in the planning and implementation of schemes of assessment.
- Work closely with the Plant Training Team, Management NVQ team and Apprenticeship team.

The Person
The key skills and qualities of a NVQ Assessor are:
- Proven occupational experience within operating plant machines and/or lifting duties.
- Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (CAVA) or A1 or D32/33.
- Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the UK.
- Excellent people skills and customer focused.
- Self-motivated and able to work on their own initiative.
- Good communication skills.
