I'm working with their Senior Leadership, to support on the appointment of a Compliance Manager for them. This is a newly created role, off the back of exciting developments for the business and as such, is a blank canvas and a role that you can truly makeyour own, making a significant impact in a short space of time.

The role will have complete ownership of the SOX compliance process, from design right through to implementation, making recommendations and improvements as you go to ensure audit success. Like many a audit/compliance role, you'll also support with bothinternal and external audits when required to as well.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ownership of SOX compliance process
- Support internal and external audits
- Review and improve controls processes
- Support Finance Senior Leadership on ad hoc specific projects when required

**The Ideal Skills I'm Looking For?**
- Practice qualified
- Proven experience with SOX
- Strong financial or technical accounting experience
- Excellent communication skills, towards both internal and external stakeholders

This is a role that has both short and long term potential, offering the pathway into a Head of Financial Accounting or Head of Controls style role. If you have strong SOX experience, I'd be very keen to have a conversation with you.
