This growing Mortgage Brokerage is looking to recruit an experienced Mortgage Advisor or Trainee Mortgage Advisor to join their team. This Home based Mortgage Advisor role will give you the opportunity to join an exciting up and coming business who offerall off the following:

- Lead support (typically 1 lead per day)
- Training for inexperienced Mortgage Advisors to get up to speed with providing quality mortgage advice
- Ongoing mentoring and support
- Support with building your individual business
- The opportunity and support to gain your Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice and transition to the wealth side.

This business is keen to develop Mortgage Advisors and help boost careers by providing the opportunity for Mortgage Advisors to join while under your own trading style. This will allow you to market yourself while also receiving leads to propel your career.

**Mortgage Advisor Requirements**
- You must be fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent
- You should be motivated to excel your career

**The Company**

This is a small, growing Mortgage and Financial Advisory business who currently have a team of 3 Advisors. The director of the business is keen to recruit a Mortgage Advisor to take the leads from him allowing him to focus on building the business more throughthe next few years.

**Mortgage Benefits**
- Self-employed role with OTE of £40,000+ (depending on experience)
- 75% on self-generated business
- 50% on provided leads.
- Opportunity to be part of a steadily growing mortgage brokerage and work closely with the Director to grow their Mortgage Advice team
- Support to become level 4 Diploma qualified in Financial Advice and to move into Wealth
- Fully home-based role with the option to work from their office in Chester if required
- Support program from the Director in relation to business and marketing
