**Role Overview**:
Were looking for a Social Value Lead to join our Strategic Partnerships team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to drive forward new approaches to maximising the social value impact of our investment and development programmes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Leading our social value activity, youll work closely with colleagues, stakeholders and contractors to develop robust social value plans and deliverables which support our customers and communities to become more resilient.
- Youll also support the development and delivery of new processes and tools to ensure we can monitor outcomes and progress effectively and youll report on the difference were making as a result.

**About You**:

- Were looking for someone with a passion for fantastic customer experience, who can articulate why building resilience is important to our customers, communities and Thirteen.
- Youll bring your experience and understanding of social value delivery to the role, as well as your skills in developing, monitoring and reporting key performance indicators.
- Bonus if youve used TOMs or a similar monitoring tool.
- Able to develop great relationships and bring people together to develop shared thinking, align priorities and develop robust social value delivery plans.
- Youll have strong communication, analytical and project management skills and be extremely organised.
