**Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 09:00 - 15:00, 09:00 - 18:30, 10:00 - 19:00 - 40 hours per week**

**SCOPE OF ROLE - KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- In conjunction with CoL Managers deliver the strategy and plans across all sites taking into consideration short, medium, and long term aims.
- To have full accountability for the implementation and delivery of the services in the contract.
- Working collaboratively with CoL ( Barbican and GSMD Schools) across all sites to be a champion for change; implementing new policies and processes and be an advocate of new ways of working, influencing Atalian Servest operations team and external suppliersto ensure buy-in.
- To have responsibility and accountability for leading the effective operational delivery and facilitation of all Services within CoL (Barbican and GSMD Schools).
- Working closely with the Barbican FM Team and Atalian Servest Contract Director to review and implement new initiatives, legislation, and other changes both internal and external.
- Work collaboratively with Atalian Servest supplier(s) and Contract Staff, be accountable for the confident delivery of excellent high performing services to CoL and stakeholders in your area.
- Lead in the operational management of the CoL contract in, ensuring services meet the requirements of the contract.
- Interface with CoL teams at the Barbican and GSMD Schools undertaking regular joint inspections / audits reviews and meeting KPIs targets. Produce monthly performance review reports as well as H&S Presentation and attending meetings accordingly.
- Ensure staff performance reviews and development process is followed within the team.
- Ensure the management of capability, absence and disciplinary matters.
- Develop and maintain excellent client relationships to manage the contract.
- Assist direct reports with recruitment, induction and training suitable staff including conducting a full induction and ongoing training in order that contract standards are maintained.
- Ensure that staffing levels are adequately maintained by adequately coordinating annual leave, sickness absence and cover for training with the Shift Duty Managers.
- Control wage spend in line with agreed budgets set by Atalian Servest Contract Director as well as monthly P&L reviews, consumables and materials recharges to CoL, additional projects and recharges and any other ad hoc services.
- Execute the contract in accordance with the agreed specification to keep within the established cost parameters and time requirements.
- Control all services running costs, including sub-contractors, within budgets set by the Contract Director.
- Be an ambassador for Barbican and GSMD Schools Customer Service ensuring their great reputation is maintained at all times by delivering all services/projects correctly and on time including any changes to staffing levels and/or new ways of working andprojects (events, summer services, etc).
- Monitor client satisfaction and service delivery monthly, through client meetings, monthly reporting, auditing and I-Auditor.
- Carry out quality audits with CoL Barbican Management Teams to ensure service delivery is being met, addressing any issues to the relevant Atalian Servest operational team.
- Ensure health and safety of all employees and appropriate client or public.
- Ensure that all site documentation up to date, maintained and correct undertaking regular compliance audits and reviewing RAMS yearly as well as updated site files in all CoL sites and company policies.
- Ensure all administration is undertaken to provide the Company and CoL with the information they require to given deadlines.
- Ensure that all Atalian Servest personnel at CoL Barbican and GSMD Schools obey all site rules and maintain a smart appearance, including the wearing of working uniforms and correct PPE at all times.
- Ensure activities are undertaken in line with quality management, health & safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and duty of care.
- Uphold, safeguard and promote the Company’s values and philosophy relating to ethics, integrity and corporate social responsibility.
- Take ownership and project manage any H&S assignments with EIL and with Atalian Servest QHSE.
- Liaise with Atalian Servest Learning & Development Team as well as with our Cleaning Academy to ensure all staff are enrolled in apprenticeship programmes and undertake training analysis for all managers within the contract and to keep all staff trainingrecords up to date.
- The Cleaning Account Manager will manage the day-to-day operation of the cleaning contract at the Barbican Centre and GSMD schools account to ensure that standards are met and maintained at all times across all sites within contract specification; whilstleading and motivating direct reports. To operate consistently within Company policy and ensure that contractual obligations are fulfilled as well as delivering to financial targets.

**SKILLS,EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- A proven track record in Management, specifically cleaning contract in the creative/theatrical sector in a large arts venue or concert venue.
- A can-do attitude, very operationally focused and flexible approach to work needs and demands.
- Experience of implementing, reviewing and achieving the standard for safety, quality, time and cost.Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to
