**Job Overview**
We are seeking a talented and passionate self employed Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair services to our clients, ensuring they leave feeling confident and satisfied. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity while building lasting relationships with customers in a vibrant salon environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide a range of hair services including cutting, colouring, and styling to meet client needs.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles and treatments.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and promote salon offerings.
- Mentor junior stylists and assist in training new team members as needed.
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling customer inquiries.

**Skills**
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their requirements.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Experience in store management is advantageous for overseeing daily operations.
- Proficiency in upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities.
- Ability to mentor and guide less experienced stylists, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Pay: £22,880.00-£48,037.48 per year
