Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a vibrant and forward thinking law firm, based in **Staffordshire**, which is in need of a **Residential Conveyancing Paralegal** to join their Conveyancing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work amongst highly regarded Lawyers, Solicitors and Legal Executives.

**ROLE**: Residential Conveyancing Legal Assistant

**SALARY**: £18,500 - £26,000

**LOCATION**: Staffordshire

The Role:

- Assist with Conveyancing case files from private clients and referrals
- Deal with, as and when required, any duties the senior solicitors of the team deem necessary
- Liaise with new and existing clients and represent the team in a professional manner
- Open files, make phone calls, deal with Stamp Duty returns and various other duties required by the fee-earners

The Person:

- Someone who has worked in a similar role for a minimum of 6-12 months
- Someone with a 2:1 or above Law degree and ideally an LPC
- Someone who has dealt with Conveyancing law case files
- Someone who has excellent written and verbal communication skills

We also welcome referrals for this position, where a successful recommendation would be worth £250.
