Overview

Duties
- Deliver exceptional customer care by assisting clients and visitors with enquiries
- Maintain accurate, well-organised records and ensure all documentation is completed efficiently
- Support daily operational tasks, including appointment scheduling and managing correspondence
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain smooth workflow and effective communication
- Assist in coordinating meetings, events, or training sessions as needed
- Ensure the clinic environment remains tidy, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements to processes
- Perform aesthetic and skincare treatments as required

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in an administrative, aesthetic, or organisational role is desirable but not essential
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in British English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar programmes
- Ability to work both independently and within a fast-paced team environment
- A professional, detail-oriented approach with a strong sense of confidentiality
- Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and responsibilities

Clinical & Aesthetic Qualifications (Essential)
- Competence in phlebotomy for aesthetic procedures
- Ability to perform chemical peels, including multiple formulations and strengths
- Experience with RF microneedling and advanced collagen induction therapies
- Knowledge and practice of mesotherapy, PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin), and related regenerative treatments
- Skilled in Hydrafacial treatments and advanced facial protocols
- Ability to conduct detailed skin analysis with strong product and ingredient knowledge
- Experience performing Tixel/TIC cell laser resurfacing or similar skin-rejuvenation technologies
- Understanding of treatment indications, contraindications, and safe clinical practice

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £18.00-£20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
