Advance is looking for Casual Support Workers in Fareham, Hampshire to support customers with learning disabilities/ autism/ complex needs/ mental health conditions to live the lives they choose. You must have a **full UK driving license** as this customer has their own mobility vehicle to access the community.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting with personal care and hygiene (if required)
- Medication administration (if required)
- Support with preparing and cooking meals
- Support with attending medical appointments
- Support with social activities
- Support with independent skills
- Support with domestic duties such as cleaning and laundry
- Keeping accurate records and updating care plans as required
- Keeping up to date with your training
- Ensuring the premises are secure and safe during the night
- Supporting with meal times and food preparation (if required)
- Supporting with regular checks on the customer to ensure their safety
