Job title: Assembly Operative
Location: Pershore
Hours: Monday - Friday: 07:45 - 17:00 (13:00 on Friday)
Contract: Temporary - Permanent
Pay: £10.50 - £11.30 per hour
An Engineering company based in Pershore are searching for an Assembly Operative to join their team on a temporary - permanent basis working Monday - Friday 07:45 - 17:00 with a 13:00 finish on Fridays. The company themselves are a well-known company who offer their services to a range of UK and International clients.
As an Assembly Operative you will be responsible for:
Assembling different products across the business.
Using a range of power/hand tools when working to assemble items.
Using equipment such a force gauges after the assembly of products.
Ensuring health and safety regulations and quality control guidelines are followed at all times.
Other general Assembly duties.
As an Assembly Operative you will be required to:
**Have previous experience working as an Assembly Operative will be essential.**

**Reads and deciphers schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions would be essential.**
Previous experience using hand/power tools would be beneficial.
There will be a level of dexterity needed for this role.
Able to work as a team and independently when needed.
A good work ethic and drive to learn new skills will be beneficial.
Ready and willing to work overtime when required by the business.
