Pricing Manager

As the Pricing Manager you will be joining an established (9 years and counting) fast-growing team looking to create permanent positive change in the credit industry. Their current focus is to create pioneering, fair, and accessible digital finance productsfor the UK market. **The Pricing Manager**:
Likely to be from a Finance / Accounting background, they are seeking an intuitive Pricing Manager, you’ll help them to maximise access to fair credit in the UK and reach their target of distributing £1bn in unsecured loans annually by 2026. To support thisgoal, they’re investing heavily in their pricing infrastructure, from data insights to machine learning, and from AB testing to website analytics. You’ll be driving their pricing acumen forward, building out and enhancing the proposal process, working closelywith Finance, Risk and Data Science to develop a market-leading pricing platform

**Responsibilities of the Pricing Manager**:

- Strong focus on pricing analysis and financial model development, building out a wealth of tools and insights that drive forward meaningful insight to drive key business decisions.
- Experiment, refine and review - Develop pricing proposals and work closely with Data Science to build out pricing modelling and experiment tracking that help to rapidly scale the business.
- Champion the customer through demonstrating fairness in pricing / product changes.
- Define and drive delivery of robust analytics to make pricing and rate change recommendations to senior stakeholders including Pricing Committee.
- Develop a deep understanding of their customers through your analysis, building out proposals, strategies, and automation to ensure they become the best-in-class pricing team

**Skills and requirements**:

- Finance professional with good knowledge of key financial drivers in relation to income and balance sheet
- Knowledge of the personal loan marketplace would be an advantage
- CIMA/ ACCA part/ fully qualified
- Advanced Excel essential and adept at Tableau and SQL would be an advantage
- A background in Finance Business Partnering or Financial Planning & Analysis would be an advantage
