My client is a successful Not for Profit organisation in Essex that has gone through a period of substantial change in the last few years that leaves them in an excellent position moving forward. They are recruiting for an Interim Finance Business Partneron a contract of up to 12 months, no less than six, with key responsibilities including:

- Provide strategic support and financial acumen to a diverse series of budget holders
- Mentor junior staff in honing soft skills as a Finance Business Partner and aid their progression in Business Partnering
- Provide high level financial modelling and analysis to create output to support decision making
- Continue the long term relationship building between Finance and the directorates being supported, upskilling them in basic finance processes to allow them to be more self sufficient.

- Be a fully qualified accountant, or QBE, with strong experience as a Finance Business Partner delivering expert strategic finance support to budget holders in a complex organisation
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be committed to developing junior staff, ideally with proven experience mentoring others.
