**Job description**: Floward is looking for delivery driver to help deliver flowers across London. The position is Full time

Includes but is not limited to the below:

- Loading, transporting, and delivering flowers and products to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
- Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete and the customer is satisfied.
- Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
- Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.
- Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
- Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
- Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries.
- Liaising with the Floristry team to organise which orders are processed first due to urgency/requirements.
- Representing the values of Floward understanding you will be an ambassador of the brand with every customer you visit and on the road.
- Reporting any vehicle defects to Transport Manager.
- Being responsible for your vehicle, including routine basic maintenance.

**Requirements**:

- All positions require individuals with permit to work legally in the UK
- Full UK driving Licence, will not accept more than 6 points on Licence.
- Willing attitude towards work and experience in multi-drop deliveries
