Arinsdale Ltd are a UK based manufacturer of webbing products for lifting and lashing. Established for over 37 years based solely in Grangemouth, Central Scotland. Our colleagues are a valued resource, our current staff have an average service of 11 years with us.

Due to expansion and growth, we now have an exciting opportunity for motivated Warehouse Operatives to join our company on a permanent basis. Working in a busy environment and adding to our existing Warehouse Team. We operate several different systems such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) which identifies parts and their locations all by barcode.

**Key role**:

- Picking, packing, and dispatching finished products
- Preparing works orders for production
- Manual handling is a regular requirement, benches, trolleys, and pallet trucks are provided to assist. Experience of lifting medium/heavy items up to 25kg is essential. Finished products are boxed and 4-way strapped, these boxes weigh up to 25kg. Boxes are then stacked in an interlocking format on pallets. We manufactured industrial products these can weigh
10kg per unit.
- Due to the scale of some products, teamwork for handling may be required.
- Assembly and sub-assembly of products
- General warehouse duties and housekeeping of the work areas
- Supporting colleagues as part of the wider team as and when required

**Key skills**:

- Ability to co-ordinate daily work tasks
- Proficient and safe use of materials handling equipment
- Effective oral and written communication skills, communicating with colleagues and Supervisors.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude to task diversity
- Accuracy, productivity, and diligence
- IT experience or use of HHT’s would be an advantage.
