**BASIC SALARY £70,000 - £100,000 plus OTE to be discussed** Our high profile Financial Advisory client is seeking to immediately appoint a qualified experienced Independent Financial Advisory to their team. This is very successful independent who is looking for someone with great gravitas. You will be taking overan exisiting client base worth approx **£200M AUM.** The Financial Planner bonus is related to all business, including inherited revenue, and the package works out overall at around 30% to 34% of all revenue for his/her clients. _There is a requirement for compliance to be "Green" to justify any bonus._ This is a unique opportunity where our client does not expect any new Financial Planner who joins them to immediately have a full revenue, because they will gradually hand over clients and this is taken into account when calculating their thresholds. Inthe first year they will normally pay a "Guaranteed" bonus as the Financial Planner inherits clients and gets up to speed. **The ideal applicant**: - As a minimum you will be CII Level 4 Diploma qualified or equivalent - A minimum of **5 years** experience advising clients - Drive, determination and commitment which will be demonstrated in your everyday working practices - Excellent communication skills, a team player and client focused. - To be committed to ongoing personal and professional development - To have a proven track record of success as a tied, restricted or independent financial planner **The role offers the following**: - **Diploma qualified Financial Planner and £60k-£80k for a Chartered Financial Planner**: - Bonus award validation would be made up of income received from new business and recurring fees - Bonus based on a combination of revenue and compliance targets. - Fully matched Pension of 5.00% - Life Assurance of four times basic salary - Share Option Scheme after 6 months service - Flexible Benefits Scheme **Benefits package**: - Financial Planner Bonus Scheme - Fully matched Pension of 5.00% - Life Assurance (4 times basic salary) - Non-contributory Share Option Scheme - available after 6 months service. - 28 Days Holidays plus Bank Holidays The role requires excellent communication skills both written & verbal.
