**We are recruiting for a number of roles to work at events and festivals this year. We are looking for Safety Stewards, SIA Door Supervisors and SIA Security Team Leaders. ** **It's an exciting and busy time to join SAFECROWDS, and we are looking for great people to work in a range of roles including**:

- **Eviction teams**:

- **Searching**:

- **Front of Stage PIT**:

- **Gate Staff**:

- **Stewarding**

**We will be covering a number of events in London, Chelmsford, Henley and more. If you're interested then please get in touch**

**RESPONSIBILTIES**
- Supporting with customer arrivals, including carrying out ticket checks, searching individuals and completing ID checks.
- Help manage the flow of customers at entry and exit points, particularly at the start and end of an event.
- Report incidents promptly to supervisors and security team and write incident reports as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with event organiser rules and regulations, including no-smoking areas and no-entry zones.
- Consistently uphold the highest standards of customer service and safety.
- Manage any conflict or disturbances diplomatically and use de-escalation techniques to prevent situations from escalating.
- Regularly patrol designated sections to identify and address any safety hazards or potential issues.

- You have a strong sense of responsibility and integrity, and you conduct yourself professionally at all times.
- You are able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with other security staff, clients, and their customers.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor License.
- Previous experience as an SIA Door Supervisor.
- Level 2 Certificate in Spectator Safety would be beneficial.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.00-£17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
