Associate Practitioner

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate Practitioner to join the respiratory team.
The service provides Pulmonary rehab which will be the main focus of the post holders work, but there will also be a requirement to support wider team activity including work people receiving support with home oxygen, COPD, and respiratory physio.
Experience of providing health care interventions to people living with long term respiratory conditions is also essential.
The team is comprised of a mix of Physiotherapists, Nurses and unregistered support staff. As well as corporate mandatory training we also offer internal In-service training, a competency framework, and clinical supervision.
The service and post holder will be undertaking work towards Pulmonary rehab accreditation so a keen eye for detail and organisation of files and evidence will be needed as well as a passion for respiratory care.
You should have an understanding of the role of a community rehabilitation service and pulmonary rehab in particular.
