**Mobile Cleaner - Cooler Expert**

Our client Is the Leading Company in Drinking Water Solutions for both companies and households.

They offer innovative water and coffee solutions to businesses and households providing high-quality products and services to improve the vitality of all, whilst respecting the environment.

They are currently looking to recruit for a mobile cleaner to work out of Leeds LS12

You will be driving a company van and traveling to around 22-24 offices a day to clean and sanitie the water coolers.

**Key Objectives**:
You would need to have a driving license as you will be provided with a company van and you will be driving around the local area visiting customers to repair or service water cooler systems.

No previous experience is needed but you will need to be technically minded, be able to use hand tools and work methodically to take apart machines, change parts and undertake basic repairs on site.

Reporting to the Service Centre Supervisor:

- Collect on a daily basis, designated Sanitisation Notes from the Service Centre Supervisor.
- Organise the Sanitisation Notes into the most cost effective / time saving route.
- Load vehicle on a daily basis with the correct amount of product and cleaning materials.
- Achieve agreed daily target of minimum of 22 Sanitisations Completed.
- Complete all Sanitisations as instructed on the Sanitisation note adhering to guidelines.
- Make sure the Sanitisation Note is signed, dated and Serial Numbers are recorded, returning this back to the Route Operations Manager.
- Collect on demand, water dispenser units from prospective customer sites.
- Behave, at all times, in a responsible, polite and professional manner.
- Upsell Eden products and establish a network of contacts for sales opportunities
- Organise leads and follow up with potential customers
- Secure and maintain client loyalty through building good customer relations
- Anticipate customer needs and respond promptly to any special service requests
- Arrive at work wearing the correct uniform, as provided by the Company, making sure it is clean and tidy.
- Read, understand and adhere to all information provided to you.
- Drive in a considerate manner, keeping vehicle to company standard ready for weekly vehicle inspection.
- Alter route, when necessary, to accommodate urgent deliveries.
- Report back to the office any customer address changes and any misuse of water dispenser equipment.
- Observe WHA Guidelines.
- Adhere to all Health and Safety guidance and training.

In addition to these functions, you may be required to carry out other duties as may be reasonably required.

Working Monday - Friday - 40 hours a week starting at 07.00

Basic Salary £20,600 and then a potential yearly bonus of £3,000 can be earned.
