- This post is working **a rotating shift pattern - Monday to Friday; 06:00-14:30 / 14:30-23:00**
- The rate of pay is **£11.70 per hour**

Main Responsibilities
As a General Operative with 2 Sisters, you will be handling **raw chicken** products for top tier customers within a busy chilled factory environment. You will:

- Work as part of a team
- Be responsible in terms of hygiene; regularly cleaning your hands
- Be aware of the surrounding environment and potential hazards that could cause harm to yourself or your peers
- Work at a consistent rate to ensure that daily production targets are met
- Ensure that waste is kept to a minimum by following set standard operating procedures
- Be responsible for ensuring no foreign bodies enter the product
- Ensure products on the production line are fit to purpose
- Report any issues to your line manager to ensure the success of the team

We have two main departments that you could work in:

- Cutting - involves cutting the bird into set portions, such as breast meat, wings, thigh fillets which will then be packed into the appropriate size packaging
- Whole Bird - involves dealing with the unportioned bird, seasoning and packing the whole chicken, packing the product into baskets that will then be stacked onto pallets

No experience is necessary as **full training **will be **provided**.

As our ideal General Operative, you will have passion for delivering our customer orders whilst making sure our high Health and Safety, Food Safety and Product Quality standards are met.

You will be comfortable working in a chilled food processing environment.
