**Your New Opportunity**:
Our **Adult Supported Living services** in **Quarriers Village** are seeking **Full-Time and Part-Time Female Support Workers** **to work 15 - 39 hours per week**. You will provide **personalized support** to individuals with a range of disabilities, either on a **1:1 basis** or as part of a team.

**The Individuals You’ll Support**:
You’ll be supporting peoplewho each have their own tenancy in individual or shared accommodation. The people we support live with conditions such as **epilepsy**, **brain injury**, **mental health challenges**, and **complex needs**. Patience, kindness, and a proactive attitude are essential for this role. Every day is different, and you’ll have the chance to engage in a variety of activities.

**Additional Requirements**:

- **Must be a driver with a full UK license and access to your own vehicle.**

**Your Responsibilities**:

- **Support individuals with personal care** and daily tasks.
- Assist with **moving and handling**, where required.
- Help plan and participate in **fun, meaningful activities**.
- Provide support with **health appointments** and **social outings**.
- Work as part of a **team** to ensure a high standard of care.
- **Essential**: Due to the location and shift patterns, a **driver’s license**
