Service Controller

Normanton, WF6

I am delighted to be recruiting for a service controller for a well respected company in Normanton.

Salary - £22k

Office based

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

What your duties will include
- Process customer calls for the service department
- Deal with customer queries and enquiries
- Report directly to the service office manager
- Create and distribute overdue list
- Process chargeable and non-chargeable job sheets
- Support other management teams
- Assist in the production of management reports
- Oversee the running of certain client contracts
- Excellent Excel skills
- Service controller experience
- Admin/office experience
- Fantastic time management
- Self motivation
- Great customer service skills
- Ability to work as part of a team or on own inactive
- Excellent phone manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication
