**Salary**:£31,005 per annum OTE**
Weekly pay planned from October 2025

**ABOUT US**
The Wild Rabbit in Kingham is a **fine dining restaurant and boutique hotel** in the heart of the Cotswolds. Recognised in the **Top 50 Gastropubs**, the **Top 50 Boutique Hotels**, and awarded **3 AA Rosettes**, The Wild Rabbit blends culinary excellence with warm, authentic hospitality.

Housed in a **seventeenth-century limestone building**, The Wild Rabbit offers a warm and welcoming retreat with **13 individually designed bedrooms**. Just a short walk away, guests can also choose from **29 beautifully furnished cottages**, each with fully equipped kitchens, open fires or log-burning stoves, and up to five bedrooms. These cottages are part of the **Daylesford Stays** collection, located within a 2-mile radius of the award-winning **Daylesford Organic Farm.**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
As one of our valued housekeeping team members, you will be passionate, energetic, and have a keen eye for detail. You’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests using our beautiful rooms and cottages. You will clean the rooms daily ensuring the highest of standards are met.

- The on target earning potential for this role is £31,005 per annum based on a 45-hour contract - please note this role is paid hourly so this is a projected salary and OTE._

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure rooms are cleaned and cared for according to Daylesford Village standards
- Ensure public areas are maintained
- Dealing with all guest enquiries appropriately
- Maintaining standards within communal areas
- Supporting the wider management team with ad hoc duties
- Bring our purpose to life by driving meaningful social and environmental improvements, contributing to our journey as a B Corp, and aligning with our sustainability vision.
- Inspire and empower our customers, suppliers, and partners to live and work more consciously, creating a lasting positive impact on the world.

**SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS**
- Attention to Detail: Ensure all areas are thoroughly cleaned and maintained to a high standard.
- Time Management: Complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes, especially during busy periods.
- Physical Stamina: Perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
- Flexibility & Versatility: Support various departments as needed, including cleaning, basic kitchen duties, or helping with guest services.
- Reliability & Discretion: Maintain confidentiality, especially when working in guest areas, and be a dependable team member.
