Purchase Ledger/accounts Assistant

This vacancy is to work within our busy Head Office in Chester-le-Street where you will be working alongside other members of the team
**Responsibilities**
- Monitor all supplier contracts and prices, updated order forms when required
- Process purchase invoices on Sage Intacct accurately ensuring all queries are dealt with promptly
- Matching orders and delivery notes to invoices as well as checking charges
- Reconciling supplier statements and arranging payments
You must have a proactive attitude and be able to work to deadlines
Experience in purchase ledger is desirable but not essential
**Salary**: £21,450.00-£25,350.00 per year
