Pod Talent are excited to be partnering with a start-up, one of Europe's fastest growing beauty brands, that are seeking a Head of Demand & Supply Planning / Head of Supply Chain to join them on a permanent basis, to work with the Operations Director ingrowing out the wider team.

As Head of Planning / Head of Supply Chain, you will be responsible for assisting in all Demand and Supply Planning duties, including estimating future product demand, analysing inventory flow, and developing forecast models and S&OP.

To be successful you will have in-depth knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, ideally within FMCG (Beauty / Cosmetics / Pharma / Food), be highly analytical, in addition to having a hands-on approach and collaborative communication style.

**Salary -** up to £95,000 + 10% bonus + Shares

**Location** - Central London (2-3 days per week, hybrid)

What you'll be doing as Head of Demand & Supply Planning
- Develop effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns
- Lead monthly S&OP Process
- Build out and manage a team across Supply & Demand
- Implementing process improvements to address inefficiencies in production scheduling and material planning procedure

Skills required for position of Head of Demand & Supply Planning
- Prior experience operating as Head of Demand Planning or Head of Supply Planning within FMCG
- Strong systems experience (Netsuite beneficial)
- Experience developing and implementing S&OP processes
- Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge
- Hands-on approach, enjoying the day-to-day whilst always seeking efficiency and process improvements
